*Please apply now, and we will begin reviewing in January*
To Donate: If you are an organization or individual that wishes to provide financial assistance for children, please contact us at (781) 270-4800 for more information. 100% of all donated funds are used for Summer Camp Scholarships for children.
To Apply: Our summer camp scholarships and financial aid program is a partnership between the camper families, donating organizations, and our own company’s fund. We therefore require at least partial payment from the family. Transportation and incidentals are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. These scholarships and financial aid are to be applied to this year’s Wizards & Warriors and/or NERF Zombie Camp only.
Camp staff review scholarship applications prior to the start of camp season. All scholarship applications must be submitted for review before May 15th to be considered for that year’s summer camp.
We have a limited number of scholarships available based on financial need. The number and amount of scholarships available is based upon the contributions we receive combined with the allocated funds from Guard Up inc. set aside for scholarships. Our company is committed to assisting as many campers as possible in their quest to experience their own adventure at the Wizards & Warriors and Zombie Summer Camp. While we sometimes receive more requests than scholarships are available and occasionally are unable to accept an application, we do strive to work with parents and organizations to assist as many children as we can.
We are not currently providing scholarships for Overnight camp sessions.
To request an application for scholarship, please fill out the following form. All fields are mandatory.
REFERRAL PROGRAM: You can also receive a tuition coupon of $40 (for Day Camp referral), $60 (for Quest Camp referral) and $200 (for Overnight Camp referral) for each new camper you refer who is not a resident of your household or a sibling. You can receive up to the full cost of your tuition in referrals. “New Camper” is defined as anyone who has never attended a Guard Up camp or winter/spring adventure. Referred Campers may not be scholarship recipients.
*Referral coupon is valid up to one year from the date of your camp purchase. Coupon has no cash value.
